Salon policies
- Cancellations
- We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy and reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of the booked appointment time.
- Lateness
- Please be courteous to your hairdresser/beauty therapist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your hair appointment, or 5 minutes late for beauty services, we may have to reschedule your appointment, and the full balance of the service will be charged.
- Prices
- All prices listed are starting-from rates and vary depending on hair length, hair thickness and the hairdresser performing the service.
